Reiki and Energy Work.

Energy is a force often unseen to the human eye, but nevertheless felt. And it’s impacts are observed as it is the driving force of matter. We/humans, as living systems of matter and energy in motion, are able to move, shift and direct energy in ways that can be transformational, within our bodies and lives, as well as the environments of which we are a part. Sometimes a spark, inspiration or other form of support is helpful to remember this. Reiki is a healing modality that assists the receiver in relaxing deeply, releasing embodied emotional blockages, inspiring healing or experiencing something else that is relevant and unique to the person. Through the grace of the ancestors, my spirit guides and Mikao Usui Sensei and the Usui Reiki Ryohi, i received attunement to Reiki levels I and II in the late 1990s by Nia-Alyese Rae Boyd. In 2015, i received certification for having successfully completed the training program requirements for Reiki Teacher.

Since then, i have worked with a variety of people to access and learn how to work with this beautiful universal healing energy to help themselves, other living beings and their environments.
