the community gathers to hear stories from The Elders

lessons and guidance shared through song and laughter

cautionary tales offered so as not to repeat past mistakes

knowing nods

giggles

shaking heads

each reaction a reflection of one’s capacity to really understand

some will get it

some won’t

but all will move together

no one gets left behind
