Day 11: Stuffing

Stuffing at first was protective as it coated the most wounded parts with a protective shell. Over time stuffing became a habit and standard response, filling each space and place with more of itself. Gracefully and without argument we expanded to allow more stuffing, inviting it, even to fill the gaps. Stuffing as both verb and noun that at one time provided protection now limits movement and causes pain. Naming is one thing. Clearing is another. And rightsizing the spaces and places with tools and energies befitting of an evolved soul, well thats altogether something different.
