Day 79: Survival

unifying all that is

holding embodying absorbing

blurry lines melding from one form to the next

creating new ways of adapting and thriving even in the face of

virulent persistent attempts to suck life and marrow

to work bones to the bones

to reduce the totality of a people to live and die in the service of

another or

others

am i talking about Black

am i talking about woman

am i talking about Black woman

hard to tell at times when this body holds and embodies and absorbs

sometimes the lines blur and adaptations are made and life persists

irregardless
