Day 158: What you put your energy toward will grow

What you put energy towards will grow. It is an important fertilizer that can help something to grow beautifully in the direction of your greatest hopes, even exceeding intended aims. The energy directed towards something can also limit its development if it’s nature permits. You see, energy can assume many forms, including thoughts, intentions, actions and resources. It can be encouraging, uplifting, focused and persistent, as much as it can be demeaning, negative, limiting, harmful and more. What shall you put your energy toward? And what shall be its quality? I too am asking myself as this solstice has brought us into a new cycle.
